01Overview

KashrusBase is the management platform for kosher certification agencies: establishments, supervision, certificates, scheduling and financial operations in one system, configured around each agency’s procedures.

It grew out of hands-on kashrus operations, and every part of an agency works in it — from leadership and the office to the field, the certified establishments, and the public checking a certificate.

Businesses, establishments and facilities, linked as they are in reality — active, pending, suspended or revoked.

Scheduling
Calendar views for each area of supervision, and a mobile interface for team leaders.

Field reports
Checklists built from the agency’s own questions, with photos, video, location and a comment thread on every report.

Certificates
Food service, meat and poultry, and production certificates — each with a serial number, a QR code and a public verification page.

Billing
Units by the day, hour, visit, bird, head, event or batch; PDF invoices and statements; a bank feed and reconciliation inbox.

Shechita
Daily counts, treifos recorded by type, and supervisor reports approved by the office.

Establishment portal
Certified establishments have their own login to order supplies and request changes to their facilities.

Access granted area by area, an automatic activity log, and a training sandbox that never sends anything out.
